TGSV 2016 Project Spotlights
With 2016 coming to an end TGSV would like to take this opportunity to give thanks to all their business partners, clients, ubcontractors, suppliers and friends for making this one of the most successful years we have had in the past 10 years. Not only has TGSV expanded their client base in both the commercial and healthcare sector; but our project diversity has extended to such sectors as multi-family, mixed used commercial spaces and self storage facilities. This diversity has not only allotted us the opportunity to seve the needs of a larger client base; but it has also allowed us to become involved in the development of some extraordinary projects. Three such projects (which are highlighted below) are the Design 41, St. George Townhomes and U-Haul Pompano Self Storage Facility.

TGSV’s healthcare division has had the pleasure of working on several projects for the University of Miami Health (UHealth) for the past 18 years, and 2016 was not different. Over the past 12 months we have completed seven (7) projects for the University including Corneal Eye Lanes, Serum Tears, Pediatric Glaucoma Clinic, and Phase 1 Lower Level CT all located in the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute; the Cancer Center Offices located in the Fox Building; and the Urology Center located in the CRB Building. Our continued success with the University is due to the team work approach and culture instilled by the Owner, Design Consultants, Contractor and Subcontractors on all our projects at the U. We are looking forward for what is to come in 2017 with this dynamic and expanding client.
